IBRA-RMAC Automation Systems, LLC (IBRA-RMAC) was founded in 2003. We are excited to announce that we have recently joined the global consulting and engineering firm, Tetra Tech. By joining Tetra Tech, we can leverage our control systems and automation expertise to deliver greater value to our clients, access multidisciplinary teams to solve complex water system modernization challenges, and provide new opportunities for our employees. We provide dedicated and reliable industrial control and automation services related to water processing, distribution, plant automation and safety critical systems for the municipal, manufacturing, electron beam food and medical sterilization and offshore oil & gas industries.

Our principal engineering team has a broad range of industry and technical experience, ranging from public water control and treatment projects to complex control and automation projects for the oil and gas industry.

Amir Ibrahim - President

Amir has 20 years of experience including projecting engineering, project management and systems integration. Since founding IBRA Automation Systems over 15 years ago, Amir has had the opportunity to successfully deliver projects around the globe in South America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. Amir’s industry experience includes water treatment, distribution, wastewater, manufacturing and electron beam sterilization. His background and capabilities include first line interfacing with clients, scoping, implementation and system deployment of various automated controls systems.

Glen Rozak, P.E., P.Eng, MBA – COO / V.P. Engineering

Glen has been a registered Professional Engineer in Alberta, Canada since 1992 and California since 2017. He has extensive experience with large scale electrical and controls engineering projects for various industries, including offshore oil and gas, pipeline utilities, ship automation and dynamic positioning systems.  With international experience ranging from West Africa to South East Asia and South America, he has run  multi-disciplined teams in both the design and production of control and automation systems. He utilizes his ability to work closely with clients to technically scope, design, and implement systems.

Ken Abramson. P.E., B.S.E.E. – Senior Engineer

Ken is a registered Professional Engineer within California with over 40 years of experience specifying, designing, and starting up state of the art electrical instrumentation and control systems. His extensive experience includes designing electrical control panels, programming PLCs, and programming HMIs. He also has a broad range of experience with manufacturing systems, high speed automated machinery, automated test systems, process control systems, computer based control systems, electronic instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, etc.), data acquisition systems, AC and DC motor controls, precision servo based motion systems, pneumatic systems, and hydraulic systems.

Iqbal Ibrahim. B.C.S.– Senior Software Quality Engineer

Iqbal has 25 years of software industry experience including project/product management, software architecture, development, and quality assurance. He has worked as a Global Quality Assurance Leader across several different countries that has given him leadership, quality assurance, and software development skills in many diverse work environments. His background allows him to apply modern concepts of project design including agile/scrum. Using his extensive experience, Iqbal is able to provide structure to scope and guidelines for any sized project and implement them with a quality centric approach.

Daniel Delgadillo. F.E., B.S.E.E. – Project Engineer

Daniel is an Electrical Engineer graduate with many years of experience in automation/controls engineering and electrical design. He has designed, documented, and maintained SCADA and control system standards including documentation such as control narratives, functional descriptions, O&M Manuals, IO lists, process procedures, and test plans. He also has extensive startup and commissioning experience for multiple projects. Through his leadership and experience, Daniel is capable of managing small and large scale projects and deliver them with agreed scope, quality, and efficient design.

Joseph Delgadillo. B.C.S.– Software Engineer

Joseph is a Computer Science graduate with strong software programming knowledge. He brings to the table newer concepts of programming that help develop software efficiently and with high quality. He has also developed an application in Java that automates the development of our PLC software. Joseph is experienced in creating an entirely new iFix SCADA system with an emphasis on coding efficiency, longevity, and object-oriented programming.
